Luke Entertainment Officially Changes Name to Greene Concepts, Inc.
FINRA recognizes company name change toward overall brand recognition, market integrity
New York, New York – January 14, 2011 – Luke Entertainment, Inc. (OTC: LKEN) proudly announces that its name change, accepted by the State of New York in early November, has been recognized by FINRA for official name change effective in the markets as part of the company’s overall brand and marketing strategies. The company will retain its ticker symbol, LKEN, for the time being.
Greene Concepts CEO, Lenny Greene, states, “This was an important move for us. A company’s name is its flagship and its important that we give shareholders a name to go with the company they invest in, while at the same time allowing us to expand our brand universally as a publicly traded company.”
