Greene Concepts Inc has completed the 100% acquisition of Mammoth Ventures Inc., a holding company which includes the 60,000 sq. ft. beverage and bottling facility located just outside of Asheville, NC. The acquisition of the holding company also includes the building, all bottling equipment, fixtures, inventory and any and all other assets held and owned by Mammoth Ventures Inc. This is a 100% acquisition of Mammoth Ventures Inc. and its assets, including the bottling facility, are now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greene Concepts Inc. 


Greene Concepts’ flagship product is Be Water. Sourced from springs located in the Blue Ridge Mountains and bottled at the Greene Concepts Beverage and Bottling Plant nestled in the rolling hills of Marion, North Carolina, Be Water is a fresh-tasting artesian spring water that optimizes hydration.


With more and more consumers switching from soft drinks to water, the bottled water market is expected to continue to grow to $505.19 billion by 2028.

Lenny Greene–Chairman, CEO Greene Concepts (2003 – present)


Serial entrepreneur/business creator. Over thirty years sales experience in technology and bottle beverage industries. During 1990’s distributed and sold Rio-CO beverage line, Coca-Cola of Brazil. Invented DIY inkjet refill systems & sold D2C by TV commercials and high-volume catalogues to include Sky Mall and Fingerhut. Specializes in million dollar deals and negotiated Fortune 500 corporate accounts. As CEO of Comservco drove millions in sales and signed & managed nationwide company accounts to include ABC, CBS, Bank of New York and AT&T.



Karen E. Howard

Chief Innovation Officer; Mammoth Ventures, Inc.

Karen Howard is a visionary and results-focused leader who has spent more than 30 years working with Congress, state legislatures and healthcare organizations to develop innovative healthcare policy and programs. An advocate at heart, she has worked to strategically advance the mission and vision of organizations through effective advocacy and strong collaboration. She has held a variety of executive positions, including serving as professional staff for a Congressional committee, and has policy expertise in the diverse areas of integrative and complementary medicine, managed care, healthcare technology and mental health.
Entrepreneurial by nature, Ms. Howard has successfully built organizational capacity and brought both nonprofit and for-profit organizations success. Prior to joining O&N, she served as president of the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC), where she managed the NASC Quality Seal Program, a voluntary compliance program for manufactures and distributors of pet supplements requiring adherence to the association’s GMPs, participation in a national adverse event reporting system, and a bi-annual audit.
Prior to that, Ms. Howard served as executive director for both the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) and the Association of Accredited Naturopathic Medical Schools. During her nearly 10-year tenure at AANP, she built a sustainable infrastructure, significantly improved financial performance, established a strong federal presence, and supported multiple state association advocacy efforts for licensure. Also during this time, the naturopathic medicine profession established itself as a key component of comprehensive healthcare for the future.
Ms. Howard also serves as a senior contributing editor with Virgo Publishing, where she supported Petfood 2.0, a forum for the exchange of ideas about the science supporting the evolution of this multibillion-dollar industry.
With her versatile background she brings a simple philosophy: Where there is intention in action, there is joy in work. Where there is challenge, there is opportunity.

Kenneth Porter

Plant Manager, Greene Concepts


Mr. Porter has 36 years of experience in high-speed food and beverage production, managing multiple plants, the maintenance, equipment & processes.  Mr. Porter has worked as a manager for Pepsi Bottling Group, Universal Food & Beverage, Summit Beverage Group and prior to joining Greene Concepts, Ice River Springs, a bottling company with an annual volume of 25 million cases and 125 employees.  

His career began in 1983 working as Production Manager for Coca-Cola Bottling Co Consolidated.  In 1994 he was promoted to Plant Manager for a facility with an annual volume of 20 MM cases,and managed 105 hourly employees and 12 managers. 

Mr. Porter’s skills include PM systems, PLCs, Predictive maintenance, inferred & vibration analysis, Strong people/ coaching skills, Strong problem solving skills, P&L and budgets, Costing of products, Cost analysis, Capital Appropriations, Managed multi-million dollar projects, Removed and installed complete bottling lines, Personally installed over 20 pieces of major bottling, blow molding and support equipment, Master sanitation programs, Warehouse management, inventory control & Union Plants.  He has training/certification in Computers, T.Q.M, S.P.C, T.P.M, Team Building, Self-directed work teams, M.R.P, E.R.P, OSHA & GMP regulations, USDA, FDA, HACCP, SQF, NSF, Six Sigma Black Belt and lean manufacturing champion, Safety Committees and Pepsi CQV process.

OUR Facility

Our “Virtual Opening Grand Tour” is the production line of our own BE WATER, an all-natural artesian spring water. The footage of the line is from start to finish including bottle fill, shrink wrapping, palletizing and other essential functions while also sharing the intangible qualities of the BE WATER  brand: Be Generous, Be Kind, Be Strong, Be Yourself.
